Recommendations from the project's psychologists have been collected in one manual.
As part of the Safe Space project, which aims to provide psychosocial support to the population of Ukraine in times of war, a team of psychologists and art therapists has prepared methodological manual.
Their main goal is to provide practical tools that will help Ukrainians cope more effectively with the emotional and psychological challenges that emerge in stressful situations.
"Sometimes life tests us in ways that make it impossible to feel good. In such situations, knowledge of the physiological processes in the body will help you take care of yourself. This manual will explain in simple words how to help yourself by understanding your physiological state, even if you find yourself in extremely difficult circumstances and live in time of war. We need to become aware of how to respond to stressful situations and support ourselves," - says project co-trainer Yehor Iordek.
The manual is available to everyone on the Safe Space project page in the presentation block or at the link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1rrHro8UayMLFTO064AYe6geJmju1OqsG/view?usp=sharing
